    My TBR is at 168 right now too! I'm hoping to get it down to 150 by the end of the year, but that would require me to not continue to buy/swap books...

      I think 150 is definitely an attainable goal. Ideally I'd like to get mine down to thirty or so but I know that's *never* going to happen. I'm on a book buying hiatus until June or July, but in the meantime I still get books from the library, Paperbackswap, and the occasional ARC, so they're still rolling in!
